Gorge STEM Fair

The Gorge STEM Fair is a regional event featuring hands-on STEM activities for all ages led by local schools, businesses, and community organizations. This free-to-attend, public event is typically held outside in early summer and draws +1,000 attendees from around the Gorge.

The STEM Hub would like to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to all our industry partners, community partners, educational partners, and countless volunteers who helped make the 2024 STEM Fair a success! Your support and dedication were invaluable, and we couldn't have done it without you. Thank you!

 

This year’s booth hosts and volunteers represented:​ Columbia Gorge Community College, Hood River County Sheriff's Office, Bonneville Power Administration, Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area - U.S. Forest Service, Mid-Columbia Children's Council, Double Mountain Day Camp, The Dalles-Wasco County Public Library, Wonderworks Children's Museum, Wasco County Conservation, Four Rivers Family Early Learning and Parenting Hub, Gorge Makerspace, A05 Robotics, Hood Aero, Google, and GEAR

 

​The 2024 Gorge STEM Fair took place on Saturday, June 22nd, 2024 at Columbia Gorge Community College in The Dalles. Sponsors included Columbia Gorge Community College and Columbia Gorge Education Service District.
